Technical Support - Madrid

We are recruiting a Technical Support (m/f) to strengthen our team in Madrid on-site.

What we are looking for: Experience in technical support to end users, troubleshooting and resolving problems related to Microsoft software and systems, including the Windows operating system, Office 365 and other Microsoft applications; Experience in installing, configuring and updating hardware and software; Experience in diagnosing and resolving network connectivity problems, including TCP/IP, DNS and VPN; Experience providing training and guidance to end users on best practices for using Microsoft software and tools; Experience documenting support activities, problems and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
