Iberia Technical Support: Provide a high quality professional Technical Support to current or future SE customers, particularly regarding technical information in Industry Automation solutions. Take ownership and ensure the customer is satisfied before closing the request. Assure a proper resolution for queries related to commissioning, configuration, troubleshooting and product selection.

What will you learn? Ongoing proactive research and learning about new products, technologies, and applications. Provide technical support in post-sales and pre-sales by answering incoming communications from customers on all channels (ex: phone, email, chat). Assist customers with obtaining log and configuration files through network. Perform remote connections to diagnose and solve customer needs. Launch initiatives looking for innovation and digital transformation to improve our processes and customer experience. Are you who we are looking for? Education: University Degree in a relevant Engineering Area (in course). Desirable knowledge in:
Motor Control & Variable Speed Drives PLCs HMI Communication protocols (Modbus TCP/RTU, Ethernet IP) IT skills Proficiency required in Spanish. Fluency required in English (B2 demonstrable). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Problem solving abilities, aptitude to understand and explain technical information, interpersonal, communications and time management skills. Demonstrate a flair & understanding of customer support issues, flexibility and an ability to learn quickly. What can we offer? An experience specially designed for your learning and development. Paid internships (depending on the schedule you establish, min. 20 hours and max. 30 hours per week, € 700-900 / month). Monthly sessions to enhance your development and employability (Trainee's Academy). Track your evolution and learning. Time flexibility to combine it with your studies. One day of free disposal per month (cumulative). Duration of, at least 6 months with the possibility of extension or contracting.
