Your responsibilities and impact as a Technical Support Agent will be:Supporting clients' activities by offering world-class service to their customers while working on projects of top prestigious and worldwide brands by;Answering incoming customer queries promptlyIdentifying issues and providing effective solutions to ensure customer satisfactionRecording customer data accurately in the CRM systemProviding ad-hoc support as requiredBeing a team player and collaborating for the success of the team and projectWhat's in it for you?Salary package of 25k gross/yearPermanent contract at 39h/week (probation period 2 months)Working hours from 8 AM to 4 PMWorking in an international Team on site in Poblenou, BarcelonaLanguage classesInternational EnvironmentActivities every weekDiscounts on certain products (health insurance; technology etc).Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:A native-level proficiency in German and a C1 level of EnglishA strong technical understanding or interest in the technical field - Previous experience in troubleshooting favourableLiving in BarcelonaStart availability on 06/08 and 12/08Excellent listening skills and proficient communication abilitiesA drive for excellence and professionalismStrong teamwork skills and dedication to collaborative successExcitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyleA valid Spanish work permit (required).Your Future Company:Your future company is a global leader in the BPO industry.
