Technical Support Engineer

Company / Business Unit: Hamilton Iberia SLU / RoboticsResponsibilities:Work on customized projects related to integrated liquid handling systems.Install, upgrade, and maintain the complete instruments portfolio of Hamilton Robotics (liquid handlers, plate handlers, decapper, 2D barcode reader, and other devices) across the Spanish territory.Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and/or electronics issues and perform preventive maintenance and functionality checks.Monitor and adhere to field service policies, procedures, and technical standards, recommending changes as necessary.Contribute to improving and developing the Service Support Quality to maintain the "level of excellence" of the products portfolio.Qualifications:High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in electronics, mechanics, or a related discipline.2-3 years of experience with high technology content instruments (automated devices).Strong communication and customer support skills.Self-motivated individual with a valid driver's license.Available for frequent travel across Spain (rarely in Portugal) and overnight stays (1-2 nights per week on average).Fluency in English (second language is a plus).Knowledge of a programming language is appreciated.If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact with the following details:Reference: JR-2829Contact: Ada Hartmann#J-18808-Ljbffr
