Become a part of the "strength within."Hexcel is seeking a Technical Support Engineer ECP for our Parla location (Spain).The selected individual will be responsible for, but not limited, to the following obligations: To provide technical support to Hexcel clients in Spain and Portugal.
Including solving of technical issues appearing at the customer site during material handling and manufacturing.Plan, perform, and report laboratory work according to project plans.
Perform data analysis and be able to present results.Manage – with autonomy – a variety of ongoing technical projects and activities to ensure the timely completion of defined tasks.To maintain fluent communication with our internal customers at Hexcel, mainly dealing with R&T and Production teams across Europe.Work effectively both independently and as a team member on multifunctional teams.Qualifications:Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a technical field.
Preferred Engineering Degrees: Chemical, Aeronautical or Mechanical.Candidates must have less than 3 years of work experience (excluding intern & co-op experience).
Experience in industrial environments, especially in the Aerospace sector would be an added value.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.Composite materials background and project management skills would be a plus.Must be willing and able to relocate, and travel domestically and internationally.Candidates must be eligible to work in the country where the position is based.
