Technical Support Analyst

InvGate is a fast growing SaaS company that develops products for IT management and service automation, used by clients in over 60 countries in industries such as banking, e-commerce, education and technology.  We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Technical Support Analyst to enhance our support team. In this role, you will:

Provide exceptional technical and functional support to clients worldwide through various channels including email, tickets, and remote sessions (e.g., TeamViewer, Zoom).

Analyze and optimize client configurations, offering recommendations to improve platform efficiency.

Collaborate closely with our development and customer success teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
