Technical Support Analyst

InvGate is a SaaS company that develops 3 different IT management and automation products. We have clients in over 50 countries, and sales offices in Chile, Mexico, and the US. We are a fresh, young company, with a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.We are looking for a Bilingual or Trilingual Technical Support Analyst to join our team. Some of the responsibilities of the role include:Providing technical and functional support to clients all over the world through different channels such as email, tickets, and remote sessions (Teamviewer/zoom/etc).Checking clients' configurations and suggesting improvements and best practices to maximize platform efficiency.Working closely with the development and customer success teams to troubleshoot issues.Do not hesitate to apply if you...Are fluent in English and Spanish.Enjoy working with clients, providing top-level support.Think analytically.Have strong communication and troubleshooting skills.Have previous experience in technical support for software and/or infrastructure.Are tech-savvy.Previous experience using our Invgate Service Desk and Invgate Assets Management tools is a big PLUS.#J-18808-Ljbffr
