We have a fantastic new job opportunity working for one of the top brewers in the UK. The purpose of this role is to provide administration support to the Diageo Quality team, completing admin tasks as directed by the Admin Support Team Leader. What will you be doing? You will provide an exceptional customer experience for all Diageo customers and stakeholders by becoming a 'product and technical expert' regarding Diageo's draught products. You will work as part of a collaborative team providing expertise and ensuring the delivery of superior customer service, technical advice, and after-care. You will be required to constantly refresh & maintain a high level of knowledge about Diageo's products, services, and processes, not being afraid to challenge the status quo, with the freedom to make suggestions and contribute ideas that enhance our ways of working. Spend time 'in the field and office' with a Diageo Engineer to learn the Guinness quality processes & to gain an in-depth knowledge of 'bar and cellar' set-ups, including parts used, fault diagnostics, and resolution. Requirements What are we looking for? Fluent level of English C2 level (Both written and spoken). Exceptional grammar and written communication skills with high attention to detail. A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Ability to build client relationships. Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail. Professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving/troubleshooting. Technical support experience is desirable, but not essential. Confident telephone manner including good communication and listening skills. Computer literate including Excel (although training & support will be provided). Accurate in data capturing.
