Your Responsibilities Thanks to continuous investment, DEME operates one of the largest and most modern and versatile purpose-built fleets in the world.
As a Technical Superintendent, you'll be coordinating the maintenance and repair of that fleet, working in an environment that strongly encourages innovation and will give you the responsibility to make a difference.
Your Profile Qualified in industrial or civil engineering, preferably with a specialization in (electro)mechanics or equivalent experience.
Both hard (technical) and soft skills are required: as a key figure between HQ, project, and vessel crew, your people management is as important as your technical knowledge.
You're able to express yourself fluently in English.
Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
Problem-solver and able to work independently.
You are prepared to work on one of our overseas sites for extended periods of time.
