Your ResponsibilitiesThanks to continuous investment, DEME operates one of the largest and most modern and versatile purpose-built fleets in the world.
As a Technical Superintendent, you'll be coordinating the maintenance and repair of that fleet, working in an environment that strongly encourages innovation and will give you the responsibility to make a difference.
Your ProfileQualified in industrial or civil engineering, preferably with a specialization in (electro)mechanics or the equivalent by experience.Both hard (technical) and soft skills are required: as a key figure between HQ / project / vessel crew, your people management is as important as your technical knowledge.You're able to express yourself fluently in English.
