YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Contribute to achieving maximum customer satisfaction.Support the achievement of high and sustainable profitability.Support the growth of service business (sending information on potential cross-selling and leads to responsible persons).Prepare and support the preparation of (own) service activities.Attend/analyze customer requests, handle and resolve them (depending on skill level).Perform corrective and preventive maintenance as well as calibrations according to available guidelines (depending on skill level).Document services performed using defined templates (calibration protocols, service reports).User support (depending on skill level).Provide useful feedback on optimization potentials, customers, products and services to management, support organization, product management and quality.YOUR PROFILE:Technical education in electrics, electronics, or mechanics.Intermediate or superior training in multidisciplinary sectors of the industry (recommended industrial maintenance).Knowledge of MS Office.English (minimum B2 level).Spanish (minimum B2 level).Organization, responsibility, and autonomy.Resolution in decision making and technical problems.Teamwork.Communication skills with the client.Ability to work under stress.Adequate time management and recommended tasks.At least 2 years' experience in a similar position.Willingness to travel.WE OFFER:...#J-18808-Ljbffr
