As a Technical Service Manager, you will report to the Marketing Country organization.
ResponsibilitiesBuild Country technical proposition for specific segment for wet paint and dry goods.Lead the validation process for new products and solutions offered by EMEA central team.Partner with local Marketing operations team on benchmarking competitors to build the right technical arguments package for local sales teams.Build technical tools and arguments and ensure appropriate technical expertise level.Support the Technical Department in technical complaints (colour and products).Provide control, maintenance, and calibration for all technical equipment (Paint booth, glossmeters, scales, light booth, thickness gauge, stoves, stirring machine).QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket industry.Paint chemistry experience.High sense of teamwork, particularly with operations marketing team and sales force.English mandatory.Computer/software skills such as Color software, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel (can perform complex functions).Minimum 70% of your time being itinerant on the field (technical support on customer site, training sales force teams).About UsPPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD The PPG Way: Every single day at PPG:
