Technical Service Engineer

EFI is looking for a Service Engineer to support EFI-Inedit's software products on customer global sites.

The candidate must have working experience in managing software applications for the graphic arts industry, especially in the textile market. He or she should also have a strong interest and knowledge in computers, operating systems, and networks.

The candidate should ideally be located in the neighborhood of Barcelona, Spain.

Responsibilities: Installing our software applications, managing configuration and color calibration, and providing technical support to global customers. Creating and managing color profiles and software settings according to customer needs. Training and supporting customer operators. Participating in tradeshow events, providing support, performing demonstrations, and communicating with customers. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager in Spain. Job Requirements: Technical degree or equivalent know-how of textile Computer Aided Design, textile inks, and processes of industrial textile printing. Good knowledge of imaging and textile design applications (Photoshop, Illustrator). Good knowledge of color management. Excellent Spanish and fluent English speaking skills. Strong interest and knowledge in computer technology. Highly organized with good communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and customer focus. Driving license. Other Well-Considered Skills: Knowledge of Inedit software. Knowledge of EFI-Reggiani printing machines.
