The person will focus on the After-Sales Services, such as installation and user training for Octax laser systems covering Spain and Portugal.Key Responsibilities:Installation for Octax laser systems.Provide user training for Octax laser systems.Guarantee a correct use of the laser by the client.Follow-up service to clients.Manage and problem solve client requests related to the laser.What will you need as a successful Technical Service Engineer - After Sales?Required:Electronics and Mechanical DegreeBackground in cell biology and IVFAdvanced skills operating a Windows computerKnowledge in operating the microscopeAbility to handle sensitive mechanical and optical components with corresponding toolsStrong troubleshooting and debugging skills.Positively Valued:Familiarity with Octax laser systemsWe offer an attractive compensation package at a very dynamic and innovative company, as well as a unique career opportunity with potential for growth within our organization.We work in a hybrid mode, and the candidate is required to travel around Spain and Portugal.We conduct ongoing interviews and would like you to apply as soon as possible.
