About the position: We are seeking an experienced Technical Service Engineer to join Igenomix, a part of the Vitrolife group. The person will be focus on theAfter-Sales Services, such as, installation and user training for Octax laser systems coveringSpain and Portugal.
Key Responsibilities Installation for Octax laser systems. Provide user trainings for Octax laser systems. Guarantee a correct use of the laser by the client. Follow-up service to clients. Manage and problem solving of clients requests related to the laser. What will you need as a successful Technical Service Engineer - After Sales?

We work in a hybrid mode, and the candidate is required to travel around Spain and Portugal.
