KWS Vegetables is looking for a Technical Sales Representative (m/f/d) for Almeria, southern Spain.
The position is unlimited and full-time.Key Duties:- Generate customer demand for KWS varieties in the assigned territory- Develop and implement sales action plan to achieve set annual sales and margin budgets- Initiate and maintains contact with customers, prospects, dealers and industry relations- Develop and implement annual trial plans to position new varieties in the territory- Demonstrate a good understanding of the product line, develops the needed product performance trial data to determine the added value of new varieties- Monitor and report marketdata and information regarding acres, seed prices,competitive activities and trendsKey Responsibilities:- Managing Sales Development in the assigned territory- Contact with customers, prospects, dealers and industry relations- Provides a high level of product informationPerformance Indicators:- Sales, margin and market share development- Provide marketdata and trends- Monthly reportingCompetencies:- Commercial- Team player- Analytical- Result oriented- Self organizing- Pro-active- Good communication skills ( verbal and in writing)Knowlegde Skills and Experiences:- Requires a minimum of a B.S.
