Technical Sales Representative (M/F/D) [Bnd-414]

KWS Vegetables is looking for a Technical Sales Representative (m/f/d) for Almeria, southern Spain. The position is unlimited and full-time.Key Duties:Generate customer demand for KWS varieties in the assigned territory.Develop and implement sales action plan to achieve set annual sales and margin budgets.Initiate and maintain contact with customers, prospects, dealers, and industry relations.Develop and implement annual trial plans to position new varieties in the territory.Demonstrate a good understanding of the product line, developing the needed product performance trial data to determine the added value of new varieties.Monitor and report market data and information regarding acres, seed prices, competitive activities, and trends.Key Responsibilities:Managing Sales & Development in the assigned territory.Contact with customers, prospects, dealers, and industry relations.Provide a high level of product information.Performance Indicators:Sales, margin, and market share development.Provide market data and trends.Monthly reporting.Competencies:Commercial.Team player.Analytical.Result-oriented.Self-organizing.Pro-active.Good communication skills (verbal and in writing).Knowledge, Skills, and Experiences:Requires a minimum of a B.S. in Agronomy or Horticulture.5+ years of experience in the vegetable seed industry is preferred.General experience in sales.Fluent Spanish and English in spoken and written form; additional language(s) are an advantage.We are looking forward to your application using our online application system SuccessFactors!
