BFC is dedicated to serving the food industry through our adherence to robust and highest standard of Manufacturing Services & Marketing of specialty ingredients, nutritional premixes, flavor compounds, spice, and seasoning blends intended for different food applications. Our dedicated staff has more than 40 years of combined experience in production, quality assurance, research and development, including sales and marketing. Job Description
Ensures achievement of monthly and annual sales targets of assigned customers.
Develops, handles, and maintains the business to customers with the purpose of achieving the Company's sales objective through the following activities:
a. Visits clients on a regular basis to cater to their inquiries and concerns
b. Provides technical assistance and product knowledge to customers
c. Follows up on Sales Orders and account receivables to clients on a regular basis
Informs immediate superior of customer updates and activities.
Promotes company's products to existing and potential customers within the defined sales territory and food industry categories.
Submits on-time required sales reports, such as weekly/monthly itineraries, weekly accomplishment reports, monthly/weekly sales forecasts, and expense reports.
Ensures that sales are collected on time in accordance with agreed payment terms set by the Management.
Assists the Credit and Collection Department in collecting and/or setting aged receivables.
Contributes and suggests ideas towards improving and/or achieving sales and marketing objectives of the Company.
Attends seminar lectures conducted by suppliers and participates in industry events.
Benchmarks and monitors competitors' activities and strategies.
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
Education: B.S. Food Technology, Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness, Chemistry, or other related Food Industry courses.
Experience: With at least two (2) years of sales experience in the Food Industry.
Skills: Excellent driving skills.
