The selected candidate will be responsible for his/her own customers, while close cooperation with the sales team, the factories and the whole Grid technology environment will be crucial to ensure the team's success.The main objective of this position is to grow the opportunity pipeline and orders in new and existing markets for substations, FACTs and all the different solutions that Siemens Energy has in order to support our customers in the energy transition.How You'll Make an ImpactTake ownership of the whole tender process for project opportunities within the Lead Management through to Project Handover and make necessary coordination with other involved parties to provide technically accurate and commercially/financially compliant proposals.Define Bid/Win Strategy and develop technical solutions to meet customer needs.Responsible for the project bid clarification and negotiation with customers.Establish and maintain partnerships with key customers.Ensure that the Sales and Tendering processes are implemented in line with Siemens Energy process and in a compliant and ethical manner.Work together with relevant stakeholders: Customers, Suppliers, Managers, Colleagues, effective communication (Written & Verbal).Coordinate with engineering, factories, service groups and sales groups to resolve configuration, scope and technical changes during the quoting process.What You BringA degree in Engineering or a related technical field.More than 5 years of experience in HV substations or FACTS solutions. Understanding of customer business drivers and process requirements. Project management experience will be an advantage.Willingness to have regular customer visits.Good communication skills in English and Spanish. Able to communicate fluently, collaborate with both internal and external customers with the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and influence other teams to collaborate.Disciplined in planning, organizing, and structuring of resources. Good analytical and problem-solving skills, strategic thinker, and entrepreneurial spirit.Teammate and able to communicate with multiple levels of customers, peers, and team members.Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.Ability to work in an accurate and structured way.High skills for collaborative work among diverse teams and different countries, ability to create a good team environment and be a key part in motivating it towards the common and individual objectives.Capability to be self-supporting (able to work without supervision) and quickly learn new concepts.EHS Knowledge and Quality approach.
