The RoleYou will be responsible for the entire recruitment process of those positions you are managing in the Product and Tech Department:
You will use our ATS (GreenHouse) to keep track of open roles.You will communicate with Ebury Technical Team members to perfectly understand the vacancies and their needs.Go above and beyond the basics to help us hire great Technology and Product talents.You will be proactively encouraging and facilitating your recruitment processes so that all stages flow and a successful hire is achieved as soon as possible.Your Requirements1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter role or business-related positions.The role is fast-paced and demanding, and attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure are a necessity.You possess strong interpersonal and consultative skills.This person will be in permanent contact with staff globally. Most of the role will be conducted in English, so fluency, both written and verbal, is essential.Extroverted and with excellent communication skills, a person who likes to be in contact with other people permanently.Experienced with positions in Tech and Product departments.We highly value knowledge of Recruiting ATS - GreenHouse and their reporting tools.Proactive and problem solver, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.You will be part of a Recruitment Team that will always support and help you to develop professionally, and that's why we need you to be also an excellent team player.Passionate about Tech, and acquainted with the entire recruitment lifecycle and with knowledge of technical profiles and environments.About UsFounded in 2009, we are headquartered in London and have more than 1300 staff with a presence in more than 20 countries worldwide.
