Technical Recruiter (Part-Time)

ABOUT US Hyperion360 is a software outsourcing company. We have helped many companies build and manage remote teams of dedicated full-time software engineers responsible for products that have generated billions in revenue. At Hyperion360 we offer flexibility in working hours and working location (fully remote). You will work closely with the client to refine feature design and functionality.

Responsibilities: Search for and engage with potential candidates Pre-screen candidates by reviewing resumes and performing initial interviews Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring clients Help to improve overall recruiting strategy Develop and maintain a pipeline of tech talent Offer guidance and facilitate the selection process through to its completion Requirements: Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role Familiarity with various technologies and programming languages Experience with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good command of English communication We offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth to full-time position.
