We are hiring a
**Technology Recruiter** with demonstrated success in recruitment, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced IT business environment. We welcome you to join our dynamic recruitment team to help build our team as we are experiencing significant growth.
This is an "in-house" position, with daily office collaboration with IT managers and Global HR partners.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and contribute to creative content and sourcing techniques that will ensure visibility of our opportunities and drive inbound recruitment;
- Undertake management reporting and data analysis /provide accurate recruiting updates;
- Leading and contributing to regional and global projects to improve the processes and capabilities of talent acquisition.
**Skills Knowledge and Expertise**:
- Must have previous experience as a Technical Recruiter
- A background in full life cycle recruiting and direct sourcing, experience with recruiting multi-disciplined profiles;
- Up-to-date knowledge of innovative sourcing methodologies and a strong track record of successfully networking externally;
- Well organized, managing a variety of vacancies;
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (over the phone and face to face);
- Must be fluent in English
