Position Overview The Technical Recruiter will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top technical talent across engineering and related disciplines. This position is central to maintaining Axionova's reputation as a workplace of choice. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, strong interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset to optimize the hiring and onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition - Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, qualifications, and timelines for technical roles. - Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and industry events to attract top technical talent. - Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure they align with Axionovas culture and technical standards. - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. - Use data-driven insights to refine and improve recruitment strategies. Onboarding - Lead the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires. - Coordinate pre-boarding activities, including paperwork, equipment setup, and scheduling orientation sessions. - Develop and deliver engaging orientation programs that introduce new hires to Axionovas culture, values, and goals. - Serve as the main point of contact for new employees during their first 90 days, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback. - Work closely with department managers to tailor onboarding experiences to each role. - Design feedback mechanisms to continuously improve onboarding processes based on new hire experiences. Process Management and Compliance - Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in applicant tracking systems (ATS). - Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. - Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare reports on hiring effectiveness, diversity, and retention rates. Qualifications Education and Experience - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). - 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the engineering or construction industries. - Proven expertise in onboarding and candidate experience management
