As a founding consultant, you will have the scope to work across engineering, machine learning, research, and GTM hiring. The companies we work with are changing the world, the technology moves quickly and often, which means you have to be comfortable being curious, adopt a growth mindset and accept that sometimes you will be outside of your comfort zone. You will own candidate experience. The AI market requires a repertoire of skills to find niche talent, from having the patience to read research papers to searching on LinkedIn, Github, Stackoverflow, Discord, Twitter, conversational search engines, and more. Writing a cleverly worded email has just as much impact as a cold call in this market. We hire for companies in the USA, and thus, we work to a US timeline. If you are not comfortable taking late calls and want to leave the office at 6 p.m., this one may not be for you. Tanoshii operates out of a co-working space in the heart of Barcelona, with a gym, spa, Mr Porter restaurant, and rooftop pool membership included.
