Job Title: Mid-Level Technical Recruiter – AAA game and co-development 
Location: Onsite, Hybrid, or Remote (Multiple roles in the following regions: South America, Asia, North America, EU/UK)

This vertical will be supporting PTW's Art, Co-dev, and IT lines of business including Ghostpunch Games.  
Position Overview: 
We are looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter with a proven track record of recruiting top-tier AAA game development talent across disciplines, including engineering, art, animation, design, and production. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Technical Recruitment, this role directly supports PTW's expansion of the co-development line of business, where we partner with clients to collaborate on the development of their games. This includes providing specialized teams and talent to help clients meet their production goals. 
As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing and securing the talent needed to support co-development projects, ensuring we meet the high standards expected by our clients while reflecting the culture and values of PTW. 
Key Responsibilities:  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process for co-development roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. 
• Talent Sourcing: Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract AAA talent for engineering, art, animation, design, and production roles that align with co-development requirements. 
• Client Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and clients to understand specific co-development needs and tailor recruiting strategies accordingly. 
• Strategic Hiring: Focus on building teams that directly support the growth of our co-development business, ensuring candidates can integrate seamlessly into collaborative, client-facing projects. 
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support future co-development opportunities. 
• Candidate Experience: Provide an outstanding candidate experience that reflects PTW's values and client expectations. 
• Metrics and Reporting: Track and report key recruitment metrics, ensuring alignment with hiring goals and business growth objectives. 
• Industry Knowledge: Stay current on trends in AAA game development and co-development to remain competitive in the talent market. 
• Experience: 4+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years recruiting AAA game developers across multiple disciplines. 
• Agency Experience: Previous experience in an agency environment is highly preferred. 
• Co-Development Expertise: Familiarity with the co-development model, where studios collaborate to deliver high-quality game content or features for client projects. 
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of AAA game development pipelines and roles (e.g., engineering, art, animation, design, production). 
• Tools: Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Workable, Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ArtStation, GitHub). 
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and relationships with internal teams and clients. 
• Results-Oriented: Demonstrated success in meeting hiring targets in fast-paced, client-driven environments. 
• Adaptability: Ability to juggle multiple roles and priorities with flexibility and efficiency.
