We have opened a new entity in Malaga and are looking to hire top-level Software Engineers, DevOps, UI Developers, Business Analysts, Test Automation Engineers, Solutions Architects, and others in our new market.
We are hiring a Technology Recruiter with demonstrated success in recruitment, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced IT business environment.

This is an "in-house" position,with daily office collaboration with IT managers and Global HR partners.Essential Responsibilities Develop and contribute to creative content and sourcing techniques that will ensure visibility of our opportunities and drive inbound recruitment.Undertake management reporting and data analysis / provide accurate recruiting updates.Lead and contribute to regional and global projects to improve the processes and capabilities of talent acquisition.Requirements/Desired Experience Must have previous experience as a Technical Recruiter.A background in full life cycle recruiting and direct sourcing, experience with recruiting multi-disciplined profiles.Up-to-date knowledge of innovative sourcing methodologies and a strong track record of successfully networking externally.Well organized, managing a variety of vacancies.Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (over the phone and face to face).Must be fluent in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
