The company has delivered 500M digital magazine editions across more than 6k titles from 1.3k publishers in 200 countries to over 10M customers.Zinio is looking for a Technical Project Manager in their Barcelona office.ResponsibilitiesBe the first and main technical point of contact for existing and prospective partners.Support partners throughout the implementation phase by assisting them with queries and performing tasks of technical project management.Own and write the external technical documentation that is available for partners in the developer portal, with the support of product owners and technology leads.Clearly and effectively articulate and explain to partners the technical architecture and product capabilities of the ZINIO product line, including APIs and SDKs.Gather and articulate product feedback from internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate with engineering to drive the process of creating the next version of our API and improving the developer experience.Help prospects understand the value of ZINIO through online demos, client-facing meetings, and high-level architecture discussions.Partner with the business development team during various stages of the partner engagement process to assist in developing account/opportunity strategies, and the associated planning and execution.QualificationsMinimum 4 years in technical partnership management, project management, product management, or similar roles.Understanding of and ability to write technical documentation.Basic knowledge of SQL and Postman (or other REST Clients).Experience presenting and delivering technical pitches.Communication and presentation skills; must be dynamic in presenting ideas to partners and prospective partners in the VP to C-suite level.Excellent collaboration, relationship-building, and communication skills.Detail-oriented, self-starter; must be organized, highly motivated, and a team player.Must work well in a close multidisciplinary and multicultural team environment.Excellent command of written, spoken, and listening English.Why You'll Love Working with UsHighly skilled team: Knowledge sharing and learning from your colleagues is strongly encouraged and lived.You will be part of a multicultural team.
