Technical Project Manager at Savana Major Accountabilities where this role is involved: Definition of project scope and objectives together with stakeholders.
Project planning, creating detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation in collaboration with line managers, budget, risk assessment, and communication and information plan, among others.
Project scheduling, allocating tasks among the members of the project team and setting deadlines, with a focus on creating a smooth, efficient workflow, that maximizes the use of resources and time.
Leadership of the execution and oversight of the project's major phases and critical paths, making sure everyone is meeting technical standards and deadlines, and escalating deviations.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.
Foster a collaborative environment that supports innovation and teamwork.
Maintain project time frames, budget estimates and status reports, monitoring the project budget and timeline, and escalating the need of budget or timeline adjustments as needed, while handling unexpected changes or challenges.

Assist in the preparation of work breakdown and budget of commercial proposals.
Operate according to Security Policies, Procedures and Manuals
