Role Overview As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a central role in delivering communication projects that connect organisations with global audiences.
From initial client consultations to live event broadcasting, you will manage all aspects of production with technical expertise and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their objectives and requirements.
Plan and coordinate all technical and platform aspects of each project, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Take full ownership of projects, demonstrating a high sense of responsibility and a proactive attitude to guarantee successful delivery.
Technical Execution: Configure and operate AV equipment, including signal encoding and live streaming systems.
Manage online platforms for effectively showcasing live and recorded content.
Provide real-time support during live broadcasts, addressing any challenges with agility and precision.
Lead onsite setups, technical rehearsals and live event execution, ensuring seamless integration of all equipment and platforms for a high-quality production.
Team Coordination: Lead and manage cross-functional teams involved in event production, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
Act as a point of contact for all stakeholders, fostering collaboration and maintaining a client-focused approach.
Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for a technically adept professional with a passion for online communication technologies and audiovisual production.
This role is ideal for professionals at the beginning of their careers, with at least 1-2 years of experience in AV and streaming projects.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Technical expertise in live streaming (signal encoding), webcasting and event production.
Proficiency in handling AV equipment and streaming platforms.
Proven ability of effective project management and client relationship skills.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) – essential for corporate communication.
Flexibility to travel and adapt to variable working hours, including evenings and weekends.
A valid driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
Desirable Skills: Familiarity with programming and web design (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap).
Experience with video editing tools.
