For more information, visit https://npaw.com.DescriptionWe are looking for a Technical Project Manager with expertise in video technologies to join our Customer Service Delivery team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of customer-focused projects, ensuring they meet client expectations in terms of quality, scope, and timelines. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring smooth and successful project delivery. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in project management and customer engagement, particularly within the video technology space.Responsibilities- Lead projects end-to-end, ensuring solutions meet customer needs with clear goals, deliverables, and timelines.- Act as main contact for projects, building strong customer relationships and providing updates.- Work with internal teams to align objectives for smooth solution delivery.- Identify risks and challenges, create mitigation strategies, and manage scope changes.- Ensure high-quality solutions and oversee user acceptance testing for client approval.- Manage resources and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines and budgets.- Collect client feedback to improve processes and services, collaborating with teams for practical enhancements.Requirements- Project Management, Business, or Engineering degree.- Familiar with video protocols (HLS, SSRT, DASH) and tech (H.264, MPEG-TS); networking experience is a plus.- 3+ years in customer-focused or technical roles; know Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.- Strong at managing multiple projects and communicating effectively.- Self-driven with a keen focus on customer service.- Bilingual in Spanish and English.BenefitsPermanent contract Private health insurance with Adeslas
