Technical Project Manager

Location: Madrid, Spain / Hybrid
Duration: 1 year with extension

Company Overview:
We are a leading company in the midst of an exciting transition from SAP R3 to SAP HANA. We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Technical Project Manager to oversee and manage this critical project.

Tasks Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the migration project with an external provider, ensuring the work is performed to the highest standards. Supervise the project, including managing documentation, organizing tests, and liaising with users. Be highly proactive and quick to grasp new concepts, ensuring smooth project progress. Maintain a physical presence in our Madrid office, with the flexibility to travel if necessary (up to 2-3 weeks). Coordinate with users to manage and resolve any issues effectively. Develop functional and technical designs from scratch. Ensure seamless integration with other system tools. Requirements Requirements: Proven experience in SAP R3 to SAP HANA migrations. Strong experience in system integrations. Experience in managing user interactions and expectations. Ability to create both functional and technical designs independently. Knowledge of financial, treasury, and logistics modules. Availability to work onsite in Madrid and travel as required. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to lead projects proactively and efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex situations.
