.Project Planning and Strategy:- Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for the cloud migration, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.- Define project goals, scope, and deliverables in alignment with organizational objectives and technical requirements.Technical Expertise:- Possess a deep understanding of cloud technologies (e.G., AWS, Alibaba Cloud) and best practices for migration.- Evaluate existing infrastructure, applications, and systems to determine their suitability for migration and identify any necessary modifications or enhancements.- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient cloud solutions.Team Leadership and Collaboration:- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, developers, architects, and other stakeholders throughout the migration process.- Foster a collaborative and cohesive working environment, promoting communication, transparency, and knowledge sharing.- Provide guidance and support to team members, resolving issues and mitigating risks as they arise.Stakeholder Management:- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and external vendors.- Communicate project status, updates, and milestones effectively, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.- Manage expectations and address concerns proactively, seeking feedback and input to drive continuous improvement.Quality Assurance and Compliance:- Ensure that all aspects of the migration comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies.- Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to verify the integrity, performance, and security of cloud infrastructure and applications.- Conduct thorough testing and validation procedures to minimize disruption and ensure a seamless transition to the cloud environment.Continuous Improvement:- Monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and refinement.- Implement lessons learned and best practices to enhance future migration projects and organizational capabilities.- Stay informed about emerging trends and advancements in cloud technology, incorporating relevant innovations into project plans and strategies.Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.G., PMP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Alibaba Cloud ACP/ACE) preferred.- Proven experience managing complex technical projects, particularly cloud migrations, with a track record of successful delivery on time and within budget.- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles, architectures, and services, along with hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, or Alibaba Cloud
