We are looking for a highly motivated and client-oriented Technical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a strong technical understanding and project management experience. This Project Manager will work with technical projects and digital experience productions, such as: App development, AR filters, Interactive DOOH experiences, virtual reality (VR).
An experienced and proactive individual who will be responsible for leading multiple digital streams of production work for our global client. The Project Manager has day-to-day liaison with our client and cross functional stakeholders to ensure that work is delivered to a high standard, work is planned in, and resource requirements are dealt with in a timely fashion.
RESPONSABILITIES Ensuring requirements are comprehensively gathered, gaps are resolved, and estimates are provided by the team with effective caveats and assumptions around timelines.The role of the Project Manager is to plan, document, execute and complete large scale global digital projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes inhouse and offshore briefing and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.In addition to this The Project Manager will need to be self-sufficient and must possess a solid understanding of both the Project Lifecycle and Project Management best practices. They may also be required to train and mentor more junior members of the team along the way.The successful candidate will need to work closely with all digital departments within the practice. This means that they will need to be able to communicate intelligently and effectively with Creative, Technical, Account Management and Senior Leaders. As such, must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well experience of large scale digital project deliveries. Be an internal source of expertise in the digital project management field and respond swiftly and concisely to any questions or queriesEmphasis on best practice project management techniquesManage and optimise internal workflow to ensure/increase productivityInitiating projects including scope, budget and scheduleProject execution including scope change, briefing, burn rate and progress trackingProject closure documentationSupport and mentor team membersAttend internal meetings as a representative of the Digital production team as and when requiredRepresent Hogarth to the client and other third-party partnersREQUIREMENTS Scope Management: The ability to control the work included in a project, ensuring that all the work that has been scoped and budgeted can be deliveredTime Management: The ability to ensure timely completion of projects, including activity (task) definition and sequencing processesCost Management: The ability to plan, estimate and control costs so that the project can be completed within the approved budget. This includes resource planning, cost budgeting and project reconciliationQuality Management: The ability to ensure that project delivery meets the quality needs for which the project as defined by both best practice and client expectationsResource Management: The ability to task manages globally distributed project teams; this includes aligning on project objectives and goals, defining roles in the project and assigning project team members to those rolesCommunications Management: The ability to link people (including team members and stakeholders), ideas, and information throughout a project life cycleRisk Management: The ability to identify, analyse, and properly respond to project risksClient Servicing: The ability to manage client needs through the entire project lifecycleOrganisation: The ability to juggle a varied workload and to prioritise time effectively5+ Years Project Management ExperienceExperience of working in (preferably large) digital agencies on large global accountsExperience of working in a decoupled environment and collaborating effectively with other third-party agenciesExperience of delivering large master and localization web site projectsPassion for and understanding of internet technologies is as mustManagement of globally distributed project teamsIS A PLUS An ability to interrogate briefs and train the team to do so ensuring that all information is in place prior to work being started.
