As an expert and trusted advisor, you conduct market research, gather and analyze data on target markets, our customers, and competitors.
You develop a thorough understanding of our users' needs, behaviors, and pain points and act as a liaison between stakeholders and product managers, ensuring the product meets business needs.
In doing so, you actively influence the product roadmap with your insights.
You organize and engage our customer community and ensure that our co-innovation projects stay on schedule and meet the predefined objectives.
As part of the sustainability team, you work on strategic projects, especially with regard to sustainability value creation.
The work you'll do:You manage and oversee the co-innovation product program with our customers and ensure that the innovation projects stay on schedule and meet predefined objectives while coordinating between all involved stakeholders.
You steer and engage the sustainability customer community and facilitate the sustainability customer council to involve the user community in the product development and encourage experience and knowledge exchange.
