.What You'll Do Drive complex technological programs to meet company objectives, creating momentum and collective buy-in within the organization to ultimately ship the program or product. Ensure alignment of the technical program with the business context, working alongside Engineering Managers (EMs) and Product Managers (PMs) to simplify and abstract complex dependencies and technical landscapes. Operate at a system-level, tailoring the approach to the unique context and needs of each program, and taking ownership of the key decisions made and driving them to completion. Manage the program execution from inception to completion, including milestones, progress, key metrics, risks, mitigations, challenges, escalations, cost, technical decisions, and tradeoffs, ensuring shared and timely communication with key stakeholders for improved transparency. Support the product roadmap planning process. Take ownership of program-level technical risks, leading technical decision-making across cross-functional teams. Act as a communications liaison between technical and non-technical audiences, develop and maintain productive internal relationships, facilitate cross-collaboration between IT and other departments, generate targeted reports. Deep understanding of modern project management methodologies, and best practices, including systems thinking and evidence-based management.
