About The Role We are looking for a Technical Product Specialist, who will help us drive customer discovery and effectively present our solutions to prospective clients.
The role provides an opportunity to work with clients to help them understand the data and product architecture.
What You'll Be Doing Working as a Technical Product Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Understanding business needs and how they align with technical solutions - ability to connect with clients and internal constituents in our technology, research, and product teams to identify and support the development of solutions.Presenting our technology infrastructure, demonstrating an understanding of clients' infrastructure including their software, networking and security stack.Coordinating with sales and account management to support customer success by connecting and advocating with internal and external stakeholders.Shadowing client/prospect meetings when technical support is needed and be involved in discussions between various levels of technical audiences.Creating internal documentation on integration/tech aspects of the product for sales.Maintaining technical knowledge for inclusion in Information Security due diligence questionnaires / RFI & RFP.Facilitating the process of completing due diligence requests, working as a bridge between the Key Account Manager and the product/tech teams.Ensuring from a technical standpoint that our solution is scalable and rolled out effectively during client onboarding.Supporting data delivery lifecycle: definition, implementation and maintenance.Helping Clarity AI prospects understand how data can be consumed and ingested through the platform.Owning internal ad-hoc projects.Location

What You'll Need 3+ years of technical experience with at least 2+ years of relevant client facing role, e.g.
pre/post sales, working with SaaS products.Experience using a CRM and using Agile tools preferred (e.g.
