Title: Technical Product Owner
Department: Marketplace Team
Key ResponsibilitiesActs as a bridge between local and U.S. teams, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and alignment on project objectives.Maintains and prioritizes the product backlog, ensuring team objectives are met with high-quality standards and business value is delivered continuously.Writes and refines user stories, transforming requirements into actionable tasks for the development team.Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy.Leads sprint planning, backlog refinement sessions, and sprint reviews, ensuring clear prioritization and efficient workflow.Coordinates with stakeholders to gather feedback, provide regular updates on progress, and adjust plans as needed to meet evolving business requirements.Uses JIRA software for tracking tasks, managing sprints, and reporting on project progress and performance metrics.QualificationsProven experience as a Product Owner with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum or Kanban frameworks.Strong experience in writing user stories, managing product backlogs, and facilitating Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).Proficient in JIRA software for task management, sprint tracking, and reporting.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.Ability to collaborate effectively within a distributed team environment, working across multiple time zones.A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with strong decision-making capabilities and a focus on driving business value.Additional QualificationsUnderstanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
