Our new customer platform - Straumann AXS - is an important cornerstone of the digital transformation strategy of the Group. Straumann AXS envisions to be the companion of dental professionals supporting them along the whole customer journey from patient engagement to treatment, monitoring and practice growth. To do so Straumann AXS offers dental professionals and patients a portfolio of different solutions along the treatment journey. As Technical Product Owner AXS Applications you will coordinate development, release, and continuous improvement of the respective AXS application always ensuring customer centricity.
You will be part of the global Straumann AXS team, consisting of several scrum teams working in multiple locations. You will represent the customer and stakeholder needs for your application and communicate them to the development team. Together with your team you will work in close collaboration with the other scrum teams and coordinate development and launch activities across the platform.
YOUR TASKS Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and product management to understand and translate technical requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.Stay abreast of market trends and technology developments, providing insights into how emerging technologies can be leveraged to enhance the product.Develop and communicate the technical aspects of the product goals and roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.Prioritize the technical aspects of the product backlog based on business objectives and customer needs, taking into consideration both technical and user experience requirements.Ensure the on-time completion of technical product increments, providing regular updates to stakeholders and management on technical progress, challenges, and achievements.Plan monthly releases with a focus on technical aspects, ensuring global launch readiness by coordinating with the development team, quality assurance, and other relevant stakeholders to address technical aspects of the release.Drive the long-term technical vision of the solution and platform, collaborating with other AXS Product Owners to improve the end-to-end customer experience by implementing technical enhancements and innovations.REQUIREMENTS A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, or related fields is preferred.Specialized knowledge in API Product Management, preferably in developing SaaS platforms and API-based software.Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles such as Product Owner or related functions, demonstrating a proven track record in leveraging technology and driving digital transformation initiatives.Experience with web and cloud native technology stack is a plus.Previous experience as a software developer is a plus.Used to work in agile methods with proven stakeholder management.
