This role requires working with business owners, product managers, and engineering teams to define strategy, requirements, and releases. To that end, you will be in regular communication with the leadership team on roadmaps, product and program updates, risks, and change management. Cross-team coordination, product management, problem-solving, data deep dives, market research and executive communication skills and exercising good judgement and overseeing the life cycle of a product.Responsibilities Create and deliver a vision and roadmap including defining and maintaining product roadmaps aligned with overall product strategy and outcomes.Ensure successful delivery of initiatives listed in the product roadmap including meeting key milestones and delivering tangible results.Develop products through insights from market research and customer buying behaviour and leverage data and use market-leading product analytics solutions to make data-informed product decisions.Promote quantitative and qualitative insights to make decisions and measure success.Conduct user research to inform product requirements, design, strategy and direction.Define the key features, specifications and requirements of the product based on customer preferences.Lead on the specification, selection and implementation of new software and features.Break products and product features into user stories.Manage the product design and development process including backlog management, prioritization and execution.Work with our growing UX team to refine our discovery, design, and validation processes.Test and validate user stories via APIs and user interfaces
