The ideal candidate will have a background in computer science and experience working with Data teams.As a TPM at AI Labs, you will be tasked with delivering AI applications across business units within our company, including Regulatory, Business Intelligence, Clinical Trials, and Drug Manufacturing. Leveraging groundbreaking technologies such as GenAI and LLMs, you will ensure the delivery of new tools and ways of working to a wide range of users across Insud Pharma.Your crucial role bridges the gap between business and engineering, ensuring seamless coordination between development teams, product managers, and business stakeholders. You will actively engage in breaking down complex problems into tasks and requirements, assisting in the ideation, verification, development, and acceptance of technical solutions.Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to ensure product requirements are fully understood and meet business goals.Establish product roadmaps and prioritize items according to project phases and deadlines, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues to maintain project momentum.Gather and prepare detailed requirements for the projects, including data needs, infrastructure specifications, and other necessary resources.Evaluate and monitor the performance of AI solutions against defined metrics and objectives, providing feedback and improvements.Support the development team by opening and expediting tickets related to infrastructure, IT, and Cybersecurity.Organize and facilitate meetings with stakeholders, including weekly status meetings to track progress on ongoing development.Qualifications:Proficient in Spanish and English in written and verbal communication.Proven experience as a developer or data scientist, alternatively with experience managing AI or IT projects.General understanding of Python, Web, Machine Learning, and Cloud.Experience in agile development, including issue tracking software such as Jira.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good understanding of data management systems such as SQL.A demonstrated ability to work and collaborate in engineering teams.Experience in SaaS companies is a plus.
