Technical Officer (Site Engineer)

QUALIFICATION:Must be a Filipino registered Civil Engineer; Must have five (5) yearsof working experience specializing in engineering (civil, construction, structural, or equivalent); andMust have an engineering expertise, strong communication, leadership, interpersonal, computer, troubleshooting, and time management skills.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide engineering support for the project in various stages of Design, Budget, Estimate, and Construction; Conduct scheduled / periodic inspection with contractors and consultants to record progress of construction; Assist in the weekly andmonthly update to the Project Manager and Management with detailed progress report as well as pictures on site; Assist in the due diligence of prospective Technical Partners, Consultants, and Sub-contractors; Assist ROWA Team in the validation of Tree Inventory, Tagged and Measured structures and improvements and Ground Markings; Prepare various Technical Documents needed by ROWA Team; Files all Documents, Memorandums, and Business Correspondence accordingly; andPerform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.Job Type: TemporaryBenefits:Health insuranceLife insuranceOn-site parkingTransportation service providedSchedule:8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:13th month salaryExperience:Civil Engineering: 5 years (Preferred)License/Certification:Licensed in Civil Engineering (Preferred)#J-18808-Ljbffr
