Technical Officer (Site Engineer)

QUALIFICATION: Must be a Filipino registered Civil Engineer; Must have five (5) years of working experience specializing in engineering (civil, construction, structural, or equivalent); and Must have an engineering expertise, strong communication, leadership, interpersonal, computer, troubleshooting, and time management skills.
DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide engineering support for the project in various stages of Design, Budget, Estimate, and Construction; Conduct scheduled / periodic inspection with contractors and consultants to record progress of construction; Assist in the weekly and monthly update to the Project Manager and Management with detailed progress report as well as pictures on site; Assist in the due diligence of prospective Technical Partners, Consultants, and Sub-contractors; Assist ROWA Team in the validation of Tree Inventory, Tagged and Measured structures and improvements and Ground Markings; Prepare various Technical Documents needed by ROWA Team; Files all Documents, Memorandums, and Business Correspondence accordingly; and Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
