Technical Marketing Manager

Position Summary: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in the personal care ingredients sector.
This role will be pivotal in enhancing our brand presence and driving product growth.
This position will be on site in Barcelona, Spain - relocation packages will be provided to individuals outside of Spain.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the biotech companies' range of natural, active, personal care ingredients Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive marketing campaigns.
Oversee the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
Establish and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders and partners.
Organize and participate in trade shows, conferences, and product launches.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related subject preferred 2 years of commercial experience in the personal care ingredient space selling natural ingredients / 5 years' commercial experience selling any personal care ingredients Strong understanding of the personal care ingredients market and customer dynamics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics software.
Fluency in multiple languages are a plus
