Your challenges and objectives: Achieve a rounded knowledge of our platform by understanding the complex interaction of a wide range of areas and services, from network layer to final user. Own and be responsible for your team's code quality. Taking care of: reliability, security, performance, scalability, maintainability, alignment with design standards, etc. Take an active role in your team's development in collaboration with the team manager. Align your team in a vision for the set of modules, products, or applications within its scope. Have a vision of the team's ideal design and plan a technical roadmap to get there. Your day-to-day activities: Ensure that the technical roadmap is followed and monitor the production environment. Help your team navigate tradeoffs between functional and non-functional requirements (security, performance, maintainability, etc.). Proactively plan the team's code design. See to the technical side of day-to-day work, ensuring that technical analysis and code reviews are performed, among other tasks. Coach team members on the technical aspects of their activities. About you: Mentoring and leadership experience. Analytical/troubleshooting skills. Strong background in OOP, architecture, performance, and efficiency. Fluency in PHP, JavaScript, Java, C++, Python or other programming languages. Working knowledge of Unix, preferably Linux. What we offer: A fast-paced, energetic, and engaging environment.
