Your challenges and objectives:Achieve a rounded knowledge of our platform by understanding the complex interaction of a wide range of areas and services, from network layer to final user.Own and be responsible for your team's code quality, taking care of reliability, security, performance, scalability, maintainability, alignment with design standards, etc.Take an active role in your team's development in collaboration with the team manager.Align your team in a vision for the set of modules, products, or applications within its scope.Have a vision of the team's ideal design and plan a technical roadmap to get there.Ensure that the technical roadmap is followed and monitor the production environment.Help your team navigate trade-offs between functional and non-functional requirements (security, performance, maintainability, etc.
