Create the detailed DD&IT solution/service design, based on functional specifications to meet quality and performance requirements and technical constraints.About the RoleMajor Accountabilities:Responsible for detailed design, development, and delivery of system solutions for a specific business or technology area, in alignment with defined solution architecture.Create the detailed process designs necessary to operate the software/service on a day-to-day basis.Ensure designs produced adhere to architectural roadmap and support the development, execution, and operations of software/service.Ensure peer review and sign-off of detailed designs by the business.Ensure that detailed designs adhere to solution architecture design (i.e., high-level conceptual design) and are traceable to functional as well as non-functional requirements in functional specification.Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing new solutions and services.Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery scope.Individual contributor with responsibility for high to medium-sized complexity of projects.Skilled in specific technology areas/business focus.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline or equivalent experience demonstrated.Awareness of Lean/6 Sigma, Design Thinking, Agile methodology.Influencing without authority.Project Management.Ability to work and lead a cross-functional team in a matrix environment.Skills & Knowledge:IT Enterprise & Business Architecture.IT Systems Design.IT Systems Integration.User Experience Design.Knowledge of IT Applications & tools.
