Step into a dynamic Tech Lead role where you will drive the success of our mobile app development projects. Providing expert leadership, you will plan, oversee, and coordinate all technical aspects to ensure top-notch execution and support. As a key player, you'll supervise project teams, manage IT resources, and handle system requests with precision. Additionally, you'll oversee administrative tasks, including time tracking, performance reviews, and documentation, and contribute to hiring processes.

What you will be doing: Oversee daily team operations and ensure successful delivery of mobile applications. Design and code applications, acting as a senior technical resource for development staff and business leaders. Stay updated with technology trends, evaluate new tools, and integrate them into CCC applications. Ensure adherence to development standards, complete design/code reviews, and create necessary documentation. Collaborate with the Project Manager on technical planning, monitor progress, address issues, and recommend solutions. Requirements Computer science or related degree preferred 4+ years of development experience, 2+ years of leadership experience Proficient in Swift programming and iOS development, including design, deployment, and familiarity with iOS SDKs and frameworks (e.g., SwiftUI, UIKit). Experienced with design patterns (MVC, MVVM) and testing/debugging frameworks (e.g., XCTest). Knowledge of version control (Git/GitHub) and build/test/CI/CD processes for mobile apps. Background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and leadership experience in multi-person development projects.
