Key Job Responsibilities Analyze the audience, environment, technologies, content, and operational constraints to identify business relevant learning objectives and propose efficient and scalable products. Design tailored curricula considering UI, accessibility & DEI standards and trade-offs associated with selecting the best delivery methods. Develop world-class learning products deeply integrated into workflows in a responsive design, leveraging authoring tools, API integration, and JavaScript. Continuously evaluate and enhance solutions, considering factors such as quality, business impact, scalability, and sustainability. Take a data-driven approach to understand successes and improvement opportunities for the designed solution while establishing methods for ensuring both consistency and quality. Partner effectively with technology, operations, and field teams worldwide. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Expertise in instructional design and experience designing solutions that require advanced technical features (e.g., interactive simulations, adaptive learning technologies, API integration). Proven track record of designing and developing learning products that positively impact specific operational success metrics (e.g., learner engagement, knowledge retention, performance improvement).
