In this position you will: Strengthen the squad that is servicing the hearing aid & eyewear partners on the unique platform that markets the insurance offers and manages the claims.
This is a multi-faceted job - on a typical day you will be configuring the partner and insurance program on the platform, in meetings with different stakeholders to be briefed about new requirements, talk to the product manager about the product strategy, refine with the developers the new features of the product backlog and put yourself in the skin of the user to test new functionalities.
The key objective is to have a smooth end-to-end internal operation of the distribution partner's insurance program, from policy creation to claims fulfillment.
You will take care of the implementation of processes, analysis of the operations and alignment across the different departments as well as the technical implementation of new features for existing partners.
Seeing that you're the key liaison for the different stakeholders, you'll have first-hand insights on improvement opportunities and work closely together thereon with the product owner and tech teams.
You will be responsible for: Preparation of partner and product launches and configuration of insurance products and templatesClassification of incident/event management and root cause analysis of feature gaps versus bugsAlignment, coordination, and roll-out of improvements (whether to the process or to the digital product) in close collaboration with the product manager and tech teamsCreate, update, and maintain the documentation of the product and programsInternal spokesperson for the technical set-up, implementation, and launch of insurance programs on the platformEnsure user stories are ready for development to start the work (including acceptance criteria, DoD, etc.

You will require the following qualifications and skills: BA/BS/Master degree with 3-5+ years relevant work experience required.
Background in insurance is a plus.Strong experience in designing and building digital products and agile methodologies.Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with partners and colleagues.Hands-on person with previous experience in project or product management in agile environments.Additional languages beyond English are a plus.
