At MSX International, we are looking for a Technical Field Flying Doctor.
The main objective of this role is to resolve technical issues that arise within our dealer network efficiently and effectively.
Functions and Responsibilities:
Provide quality support in managing incidents and technical needs of the dealers.Offer telephone assistance and resolve incidents remotely.Investigate and implement countermeasures in the factory based on market analysis and incident studies to solve market issues.Conduct technical training for distributor network personnel on specific issues identified.Perform technical audits at distributors to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources for vehicle repairs during visits.Provide technical support to dealers during the vehicle repair process.Study the most critical cases of product incidents.Propose continuous improvements within the department to enhance after-sales service received by the final customer.Act as a "Flying Doctor" to local dealers when needed. Professional training in electromechanics and/or electronics is highly valued.University education is also highly valued.Fluency in Spanish and English.Medium knowledge in Office automation (Office package) and experience working in an ERP environment.Minimum of 2 years in a similar position.Responsible, methodical, organized, with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
